There are two easy ways to create a user account on ChooseHelp.com. You can either create a unique Choose Help login or use your Facebook credentials. Here's a step by step guide on how to do both.

or use Facebook 
If you select Choose Help login you will be brought to this page. Fill out all the required info: email address, zip code (USA only), country, gender, birthday and click on sign up.
You will be brought to the welcome page.
Go to your inbox and open the email that was sent to you from contact@choosehelp.com - check your spam folder if it's not in your inbox. Make sure to activate the link within 168 hours.
Set your new password (minimum 6 characters), then confirm your password and click on set my password.
You should see this password set confirmation. You can now click on Log In to continue filling out your profile.
ALL DONE!
If you select Facebook you will be brought to this page. Fill out all the required info: email or phone and password then click on log in.
Allow ChooseHelp.com Login access the following info: public profile, friend list, email address, birthday, current city, photos and personal description by clicking on Okay.
